Cynthia “Cindy” F. Solls

Since founding her solo law practice in 1985, Cindy has built a long‑standing reputation for integrity, persistence, and hands‑on representation across a broad spectrum of legal matters. She is honored to have maintained an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating for Ethical Standards and Legal Ability since 1994, a distinction held by only a small percentage of attorneys nationwide.

“My practice includes extensive experience as a Mediator in multiple areas of law. I believe in direct, personal advocacy and do not delegate critical aspects of any case. Judges in every Dallas District and Civil Court—and in numerous surrounding counties—have appointed me to serve as both Mediator and Guardian Ad Litem. I am committed to persistent negotiation efforts, including continued engagement when a matter does not settle on the day of mediation.”

Cindy has also served the courts as an ad litem in over one thousand lawsuits and has testified as an expert on the duties and responsibilities of ad litems. In the early 1990s, she presented the first seminar on Ad Litem practice and as an advocate for minor children and incapacitated adults, Cindy carefully reviews all documents and disbursements and ensures every “Next Friend” fully understands both the court process and her role.
